Modernized Muslims do not find contradictions between the Constitution and the Quran. I've heard no complaints about the constitution from Muslim Americans. I suppose you could find some out of context scripture being referred to by radicals but the same would hold true for the Bible and its Zealots.

It depends what you mean by true Muslim.

I'm fine with what I have now. It even allows people to provide comic relief by screaming, "Sharia, sharia" in a crowded movie theater.
