Not sure how you define moderate risk and where you see the risk.

With all due respect, I am not investing in "the pipeline companies." I think I made it pretty clear that SE owns the Texas Eastern pipeline that is difficult to duplicate. You don't like the sector. I understand that.

SE, I agree, at this point, isn't a value stock. But I am buying it for the distribution. I have a very low basis of 24.40 and have added to that position because there are very few stocks that will be increasing their dividend at a ten percent rate for a significant number of years.

Most of my shares are in a Roth IRA. I will leave it at that.
