Information was provided from Financial Post. I suspect it had somethng to do with technical data received from the "Alberta Stock Exchange." Perhaps the share value was the highest traded there in past year. That was the first tradiing day at the Alberta Stock Exchange in the past three months, so I wouldn't doubt that to be the case. I know Canada Stockwatch reflects the same high and low for each exchange - but I doubt that accuracy for I think they have combined or consolidated share information. Believe it or not, the info may of been correct.
