There is something seriously wrong with her health. 4 days rest, 1 day campaigning. She deviates from the schedule and this happens...

Hillary Clinton struggled to stand as she abruptly left the 9/11 memorial ceremony Sunday morning — a health scare her camp blamed on overheating.

The incident follows months of rumors from GOP rivals about Clinton’s supposed health problems, which she and her reps have taken pains to deny.

The Democratic presidential nominee left the 15th anniversary event around 9:30 a.m., departing in a van on the sidelines of the memorial in Manhattan.

Questions about her health arose after Fox News reporter Rick Leventhal tweeted that Clinton, 68, suffered a "medical episode" and apparently fainted.

A video from a Twitter user seemed to show Clinton struggling on the way out. The 20-second clip shows Clinton’s knees buckling as she steps toward a van, flanked by security detail. She appears to fall toward the ground as guards help her into the vehicle.

The Clinton camp said the candidate felt “overheated” and retreated to her daughter Chelsea Clinton’s Madison Square Park apartment.

A statement about 90 minutes after her sudden exit said Clinton was feeling "much better."

Clinton stepped out of the apartment alone shortly before noon. She chatted with a little girl outside, smiled and waved to reporters and shouted, “It’s a beautiful day in New York!”

She told media she was "feeling great," but dodged all other questions before hopping into a van and leaving. Clinton aide Huma Abedin departed separately moments later.

Reps said Clinton then headed to her home in Chappaqua, N.Y.

Clinton, a former New York senator and secretary of state, spent about 90 minutes at the service, her camp said. She stood in 80-degree heat with several other political leaders, who did not notice anything amiss.

“She seemed absolutely fine to me,” Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer told the Daily News.

“She was greeting an unbelievable number of people. People were coming up to her endlessly for hellos and such. She seemed absolutely fine.”

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told The News Clinton "seemed fine to me, and left on her own accord."

Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.) told MSNBC the outdoor event was “incredibly stifling,” and some people were sweating through their clothes.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his lackeys have made Clinton’s health a running campaign issue, accusing her of appearing “sick” and “tired” on the trail.

Clinton has denied all claims of serious medical issues. She tried playing off the rumors as a joke on a recent “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” appearance, where she opened a jar of pickles to show her strength.

Clinton released a letter from her personal physician in July 2015, three months after announcing her second White House bid. The note said Clinton takes blood thinners and has hypothyroidism, a thyroid disorder, but is otherwise "in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States." The letter also said she had fully recovered from a concussion in 2012.

Trump was also at the 9/11 service. He spent part of the morning with his supporter Rudy Giuliani, who was Mayor of New York during the terror attacks — and has repeatedly attacked Clinton’s health.

But Trump told an NBC News reporter he wasn’t aware of Clinton’s health scare that morning.

“I don’t know anything about that,” he said.

Trump's doctor penned a note last year calling the brash businessman's health "astonishingly excellent" and saying the 70-year-old Trump "will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency." The doctor later admitted he penned the note in five minutes as a limo awaited outside his office.

Clinton and Trump both vowed to not campaign Sunday in honor of the 9/11 anniversary.
