John I think you are right they should release everything at this point. For all we know Dc Katz is playing hoops going YEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!! after kicking unfavorable BMY contract off his back... You need to consider BMY may not be happy with Katz and vice versa.. Read what is there of the pre-extension petitioned.. 10k 12/30... (BMY notified LIDAK on the 29) So Lidak applied for an extension.. 10K shows Lidak BOUGHT back the World rights to distribute Lidakol from BMY in 97 because (IMO) the contracts may have been unfavorable or BMY may have been SANDBAGGING LIDAK and now that BMY went and signed up somebody to do Kaposi the conflict of interest releases Lidak ANYWAY and BMY did UNTO US FIRST... or Lidak may have been a ble to sue BMY WHO KNOWS???? but... if you still believe in Dc Katz... he is stated it plain and clear in his Press Release... he will cut better deals and we will make more money with better or more proactive distributors... That should GET TO IT NOW before FDA approves the much much much tested Lidakol.... WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE BAD... this is sausage making nothing more.. but Guys be patient... I will get the information and post it as soon as Bud gets back from wherever he went to celebrate New Years... Patiente... Please don't make any sudden moves... until we know more... Katz would not buy more stock and talk all this talk if we were in any kind of trouble... Thanks for the tips John we will check these out... please don't loose the faith before we know more... the shorts are gonna get their wee-wees steped on and will buy us back much higher..... luis

John/gang... I spoke with IR at Lidak this morning specifically Jeff Weinress took my call and ... I will post to the best of my recollection what we discussed... On the numbers he is kind of new and does not know what is going on with the BmY request etc.. so he doesn't know if they will be released shortly or wait for peer review publication. I explained everyone's concern regarding the numbers. On distribution. BMY has undergone two reorganizations and was caugth off guard by the swiftness of the NDA application from lidak ... their people are on holiday and their legal put out the message.. so at this time Lidak does not really know what happened there. On buying back the world contract to the rights for Lidakol ... appears to be a business decision.. better for us. On manufacture... its ready to go. TODAY. No problems making the stuff. On distribution.. we have Yamanouchi in Europe, Greeland in Japan, CTS in Israel and Boryung in Korea. all were waiting for NDA data to use in their applications for approval and distribution in their respective countries. Also some may manufacture overseas... that is a posssibility. Hence BMY excluded from World distribution... Some of the overseas distributors may obtain clearance and start ahead of the U.S. On NDA it is 150 volumes of 200 pages each... so FDA will need to review these volumes and probably will not be an overnight thing. On Lidakol... There is nothing like it out there. You can Overdose on Acyclovir and cut a day or so from your ordeal.. but at the first tingle you can reach for Lidakol and in some cases AVOID the whole episode...from what he hears and understands.. so its a very good product really timely and needed out there. FDA please move to approve this product soon as possible. luis
