Maybe if the "adult male" was a shareholder in a stock the "adult male" unethical broker was slamming on the internet, and the NASD suggested shareholders send their complaints to the offending brokers superiors....Does the NASD suggest that we should "whine"? or to act "childish"?

The SEC told us if a broker was slamming a stock on the internet we were to complain to the broker's company, their boss. Are you telling us the SEC is childish or wrong?
