I gotta admit I barely know anything about TCPI other than 1- They sell lightbulbs, and 2- They haven't filed for about 5 quarters due to the need to restate things when some fishy insider dealings were discovered. They say the restatements won't be very material, and will occur any week now. I'm hoping it pops a bit when they file updated statements. Beyond that, I'm pretty ignorant of their story. But $47m in short term obligations against $21m cash is something that's easy to understand - what they gonna do about that?
