Well, if you think NT 5.0 won't contribute alot more to the
bottom line than NT 4.0 is already (which is disappointing
compared to some predictions), and you think DOJ will either
prevent Win98 timely release or that Win98 won't have the
upgrade traffic that Win95 did, than you might realize that
MSFT won't see growth similar to the past few years for another
couple years yet. In that case, the street will shift price
based on lower growth expectations requiring a lower P/E.

But I wouldn't short against the hype masters--hype the
market often responds to, and you have to cover that short
in any case.
