In general, she's spending so much time reading about her healthy problems that she hasn't had time to sleep. I think she's trying to find a cure for what ails all those poor reporters. I believe that particular photo, however, shows the utter boredom of listening to Trey Gowdy (and friends) drone on and on and on and on for 11.5 hours.

She could be wiped out by another stroke or seizure, or the shock of another series of Wikileaks at any moment! She is probably worried sick and stressed to the max over the looming Wikileaks! She may not survive the shock when it hits! LOL!
