We don't know until it happens, but I think the appeal of Rhapsody might be greater than you think.

The university, government, big business and web server market all want a good unix platform that has a great GUI and scales from the lowest desktop to the largest server. Why? because it is the most thoroughly understood and researched system around. Everything (including NT) is either unix based or an attempt to copy unix. It is very common to find students writing the version of unix apple sits on from the ground up for their masters degrees. We won't even discuss the zillions of lines of code out there waiting to be ported.

Who offers unix with a great GUI that scales from desktop to mainframe? Sun? - no; . HP? - no; IBM-AIX? -no. If you think about it - nobody. Apple is the only business that can make it happen because they manufacture the computers as well as the OS and have the users to migrate to the OS.

I think you will be surprised at how well received it is because the people you are selling to are professionals that know a good product when they see it.
