Elk, this situation with the recent court ruling is what I have long been stating regards not betting on the who wins the war, but rather who supplies the bullets. In this case, Franklin and others will be fast to supply either side in this battle royale. Both sides have to figure out a way to get an edge, and Internet Telephony may the be RX that fits the bill. Should be interesting. I would thing that several I-T companies should perform well in tomorrows market. WCOM, T should be under pressure from this ruling, a shame since T has been on a great run for the past few months. Let the games begin. rb
