Under the terms of the Original Agreement, Cyrix is required to purchase approximately 10,000 Wafers per quarter through 1999. The Foundry Agreement allowed Cyrix to purchase approximately 5000 additional Wafers/quarter until the end of 1997.

As National and TSMC ramp-up production, IBM's capacity becomes less relavent. You can bet if a new agreement is reached the terms will be far more favorable to NSM.
