I agree more so when it comes to US companies involving European Takeovers of scale. Next European companies involving US Takeovers of scale, and just in general takeovers or mergers of scale. AmBev /Sab Miller comes to mind. IMO Their most likely will be divestment's for the takeover to clear. IMO This whole thing could also fall apart before the approval process can complete. DD/DOW has still not been completed.

P.S. IMO The risk arbs are generally good at pricing in a good spread for the risks involved.
