The email appears to be a reference to Hillary Clinton — and her husband, former President Bill Clinton. The July 26, 2014, email came just days after The Post, which Powell appears to cite, reported: “Bill Clinton reportedly has a buxom blond mistress who visits so often when Hillary Clinton isn’t home in Chappaqua that the former president’s Secret Service detail have given her an unofficial code name: Energizer.” The Post report cited Ronald Kessler’s book “The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of Presidents,” which was released in August of that year. Asked about the email’s authenticity, Powell wrote to The Post on Wednesday: “Jeez, don’t remember this one. There will always be corruption but laws should be re-inforced or augmented as a deterrence. Make all public servants especially those who hold any office to a higher standard. Make all crimes committed while in office retroactive and that there is no statue of limitations for starters. Make it so draconian that it's not worth it for he or she to even contemplate such criminal behavior. We could dub the law the Clinton Act. If we could tie those crimes of pay for play which led to treasonous acts against the American peoples' best interest then we should strip them of their citizenship and deport them to another stateless place like the West Bank/Gaza strip after we've seized all their assets and give them to victims of their actions like Benghazi for example. I would also start dismantling the DNC party PRONTO and with extreme prejudice. There actions are too much. They need to outlawed. If any of the Lieberal MSM media outlets were complicit to favoring DNC agenda they need to go to. Our institutions are so systemically corrupt it makes me want to puke. HRC's motorcade: Tocco
