Your scenario of not being able to re finance at a low rate is unrealistic.

I don't know about low rate, but hopefully TCPI will be able to refinance. I really have no idea why they haven't already refinanced, perhaps because they don't have up to date financial statements.

With the operations at only break even i doubt the rate would be low. We'll see.

Companies with $300 million in sales don't just go away, they get bought out or go private.
Just like Blockbuster, Lehman Bros, and Enron

I predict the next major move with TCPI will be a precipitous DROP.
