In the following article, the paragraph that I've included as an excerpt should trigger red alerts for everyone who honors the U.S. Constitution...

Feds to make a ruling over politicking on the Web

[...]

FEC commissioners have battled with each other for the past several years over whether campaign finance regulations should extend to content on the Internet. Democrats have advocated for expanding the agency's power, arguing that social networking websites such as Twitter and new media outlets like the Drudge Report are wielding undue influence.

[...]

---

WTF?!?!?! How is a news aggregator like The Drudge Report wielding undue influence, and WTH is considered "undue influence" and who gets to define that?

If these sorry bastards persist in pushing the pendulum out as far as it will go, they will eventually be wiped out when it ultimately swings back with full force into their faces with the added weight of a new insurgent leader who makes Hitler look like a boy scout.

Actual undue influence occurs when a fraudulent POTUS phones over to the IRS and orders the director to target and take down conservatives and conservative groups.

The appearance by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on the “Dr. Oz Show” to discuss his health will reportedly include a one-page summary of the GOP candidate’s medical history.

But the key for viewers watching will be whether any of Dr. Mehmet Oz’s analysis of Trump’s medical condition is backed by evidence and comes without conflicts of interest, according to policy of the nation’s largest doctor group, the American Medical Association.

The AMA approved directives on ethics of “physician conduct in the media” and doctor “publicity and responsibility.” In debating the resolution at last year’s meeting, physicians criticized Dr. Oz’s show as a forum for unproven medical advice and lack of disclosure when it comes to conflicts of interest.
