Hi Paul, Thanks for jumping in! 1. I did that, but thanks for telling me that, I didn't know for sure. 2. Ah, I've left the program running. Well, I closed the program, and ran the MS output, but no go. Still didn't work. 3. No, I mean't I deleted the 'incoming' directory in the QPData file. QP downloads the zipped file ok, and the QP data updates and converts it to a .rpt, but when I run the metastock output part, nothing is updated. And yes, the data is in the QP charts. Thanks for help anyway Paul, I guess I'm going to have to call qP tomorrow. It was working so I just can't figure it out...how aggravating. Chris
