A copper mine doesn't suddenly spring into existence, with anodes happily popping out of a chute at the end of the smelter. This isn't some kind of light switch that one just "throws on" and suddenly there's light. By the time Centurion actually PRODUCES copper the supply/demand equation may be entirely different, and we will be praising the management for having "read" the lead-time curve astutely enough to match the start of production with a handsome price for the product.
