ed--- I agree at THIS price ORCL is a great bargain. The problem for me is 1/3 of my holding is in the range---the other 2/3 is in the 35 range. I never chase a stock down. I tried for the dead cat to bounce here and it just splattered instead. I will take my loss during the year (once the 30 day rule no longer has an effect) to put the money to work some where else. I feel ORCL took an exceptional beating as it has performed so well for so long. No tears, have had losses before, and will again. It may see 35 again but as a trader it cannot be held long enough for that IMO.

I would be greatful to any company that starts talking as the price would climb just as surely as I would bail out and never be back.
