Mohan -- loved the expressindia link with its sleekly clever turn of phrase. Especially liked the "tautology of opposites" expressed by the following: "Sure, we need foreign funds, but centuries of slavery and decades of insularity have bred curious attitudes towards foreign capital. Consider CM Ibrahim's assertion that foreign capital will be allowed in airlines, provided the capital doesn't come from foreigners with interests in the airlines business. Foreigners, not attuned to our ancient philosophy, may havedifficulty in appreciating that logic. "
