...Just 5.7% Of Foundation Budget Went To Charity... That's because The Clinton Foundation is merely a pay-to-play money laundering crime operation. Extremely wealthy individuals donate millions to the Clinton Crime Family as down payments for future political favors and other access. That is the only logical conclusion.
