This is HUGE. TCI owns a 40% stake in At Home. Expect this $$$ to speed up their upgrades. MM's are going to turn ATHM into a great 98 play. What better indication that cable is the way to go than Microsoft investing serious money into @Home cable partners. The news just keeps getting better and better.
