Yo_Peter and Euel.................................The deal between Intel and Chips is legally and contractually a DONE DEAL, the big bug in the deal is the FTC ( a department of our wonderful, efficient and, non biased government). I think the deal will go thru, hopefully on the 9th of this month. If I had the money I would be buying all the CHPS stock I could at $14/share--I think the MM's are hacking the stock to enlarge their arbtrage profits on the deal! Cheers-Norman!
