Requirements for a NASDAQ small cap listing: nasdaq.com Note the requirement for a $4 bid price. CSGI is in danger of not meeting this requirement.

Rick, well now you know one of the reasons I am buying here. The big money players and other major investors in CSGI have a inherent interest in keeping the price above $4.00 so they will be listed on NASDAQ. Mr. Hansen has stated >> "I am not interested in how the stock performs" << I guess he is not interested when the stock starts to move up, but when it goes lower, he gets really interested. I am sure that he will use that line again once contracts start to flow in and the stock moves higher. I will enjoy seeing how he plans to skirt around it.
