Hello Rarebird I appreciate your insightful comments. My views are always conservative- I saw the 73/74 bear market,remember when a 1/2 point move was an event; banks paid 2% interest(like now)!;a full circle. I watched the cube moonshot in awe - this summer an analyst on cnn/fn was downgrading cube(then in 40's) - I didnt agree and this was before the won won recognition other than for being in your soup! Wish I had a crystal ball - right now the band is on its break! Mid jan earning msft,ibm,intc will set the tone. The banks are rolling over Korean debt - they have little choice. My guess is lower dj end Q198. If we see stablity in Asia 1st Q then the dj may come up. As Sir John Templeton said;"If the odds are 2 of 3 in your favor" then take them. I see them 2 of 3 opposite and I am building cash. Foxtrot
