Riley,

No, I didn't. But then again, I know that RMIL has had its symbol changed and thus the company should have an accurate count on the number of shares that are outstanding.

I know that their not wishing to hold a shareholders meeting has left an immense hole in your short squeeze theory where all shares could have been accounted for.

And I know that you and your other yeas continue to ignore fundamentals, are spouting the dubious veracity of your short squeeze, and continue to refuse to blame management for the halt.

And I know that I warned all of you of the signs that I had seen suggesting an eventual SEC halt.

That I know.

Regards,

The Clueless One... :0)

From these posts it appears you and Phil are in agreement that the squeeze was a fabrication by SGA and someone should pay for leading you to beleive their was a squeeze ? Am I reading this wrong. ? Why doesn't it apply to this situation IYO ?

You apparently agreed that the short squeeze on NYER was a fabrication... that would be one example of unjustified hype maybe ?

NYER shareholders of 05-31-96 email me at:

NYER-GVEC@psicop.com

I am in the process of forming a list of shareholders from that original SOR date of 5-31-96 that were robbed of their investment money and spin-off shares. I think a major shareholder has already made a move in this matter and I will try to contact him and join in on his suit. I will pass along all informations to him also.

I invested some $318,000 in NYER back in may 1996 and lost some $95,000 plus dollars on it. Plus the GVEC spin-off shares that I was a SOR of. I am not alone in this matter and NYER, GVEC, Shamrock, and others are going to be the butt of several classactions in the very near future. I know of one other major shareholder that was SOR 5-31 and sold and lost more that I did in June and is fuming also. (mentioned above)

To All: I predicted this would happen some time ago. This is an outrage and all Nyer Shareholders who have gotten screwed in this deal should band together and sue Shamrock, Nyer and all the brokers who promoted them. The SGA Goldstar press releases on the "short squeeze" was fabricated IMHO and you know what happened to them. We should put these bastards out of business so they can't do this again.
