My mother doesn't use e-mail, but she texts a lot. She doesn't type very well on her phone so she makes a lot of mistakes. Some of the mistakes are more consistent then others and now apparently here phone auto-corrects to the typos.

The worst problem typing fast these days - in any language - is that damn Auto-correct or whatever they call it. Totally stupid 'corrections' get inserted into your otherwise correct prose and - at least I - never find out until later, when the messages have been sent already.

Exactly. I even got called an Idiot by Puborectal because it auto corrected Gram to Graham.
