Imo, you and others give G too much credit, for anything and everything related to the Zen sp. As for AE and the other BOD and other employees, I'm sure I've read somewhere a statement from AE saying they aren't allowed to purchase shares, a sort of forced "blackout"(my word). I'm not sure if that would include the options... seems so. Seems he thinks it may be construed as "manipulation". He just wants the market to determine the sp. I'm still searching for that statement from him though.
