Cruiser, Do you know when the commercials are going to be run again? I'd enjoy seeing them. I'm very positive on Bay but have a couple of concerns on which I thought you'd be able to shed some light. I read recently in Internet World??? (used to be Communications Week) that Compaq is moving more and more into networking. The article said that they're even planning to introduce a layer 3 switch this year. They also raised the issue of declining margins as companies like Compaq enter the business. Is this a serious threat to Bay? My other concern is that the Y2K issue will divert spending away from equipment purchases. Do you see this occurring wrt Bay? TIA. David

Cruiser -- "Bay Networks - Where Information Flows " Not unlike the "Intel Inside" commercial that even "Joe (& Josephine) Sixpack see daily" If enough of these people call their broker to purchase 100 shares of this new internet stuff, the big folks will take notice too. Keep up the good work. MM
