Many didn't vote the first time due to not getting their proxy's in time. I received mine the day of the meeting and thus could not vote for the December meeting. When they announced the January meeting I voted by phone. Those who voted for the December meeting will have their votes counted, so I think they will get a quorum this time, but it would be really embarrassing if they didn't, so again, thank you for pleading with people to (if they haven't already) vote now!
