Thats' what I heard, the money hit the states on the 24th, and would be in Colo. around a week, at the most, from now...also, I heard the same about the plant...I heard much more to that I'll EMail you, I want to see if Puhr confirmed to you what I had heard! All the best!

BTW......I talked to Mike Puhr on 12/30/97. Everything is going just fine. Expect the $5 mil to be in the bank within the next 10 days.

The money arrived for clearing on the 24th per corporate headquarters, can you provide additional information?
