Desperately trying to snatch attention away from Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton took a stab at some unvarnished “straight talk” Monday and accused the real estate mogul of “giving aid and comfort” to America’s enemies. In other words, “treason.” Apparently, in her addled mind, wanting to secure our borders and aggressively vet people coming from known hot spots of virulent terrorism is a form of “giving aid and comfort” to radical Islamists. Okay. Seriously? This from a woman who has been a cornerstone of the current administration’s foreign policy who failed to develop even the slightest strategy for fighting terrorism or, at the very least, keeping it off of America’s shores. Good people can have all kinds of debates about the vigorous strategies former President George W. Bush deployed in the fight against terrorism. But no one can dispute that it was incredibly effective. As the Bush administration unflinchingly declared again and again, we kill them over there so we don’t have to kill them over here. Today, they are here. And they are killing far more of us than we are of them. And, no, President Obama. This is NOT a “war of narratives.” It is a war of blood and bullets, daggers and slaughtering knives. It is a war of burning cages and drowning pens. It is a war of explosives and pressure cookers loaded with rusty nails. Yet, somehow, according to Mrs. Clinton, it is Mr. Trump who has committed treason, an extraordinary leap, even for her. Consider the twisted logic of her accusation. Who exactly is being betrayed here by Mr. Trump’s insistence on sealing the border and vetting people who come from countries where Islamist terrorism seethes? Certainly not law-abiding, freedom-loving Americans. No, in fact, innocent Americans are only being hurt — maimed, killed, slaughtered and frightened — in the absence of Mr. Trump’s tough policies. If anyone is behaving treasonously against the American people right now, it is Mrs. Clinton and the current administration. Unless, of course, Mrs. Clinton was blowing another one of her dog whistles in her desperado political campaign to say that Mr. Trump is committing treason against the infiltrating radical Islamic terrorists. Increased scrutiny on people traveling from places such as — oh, I don’t know — Pakistan and Afghanistan might have netted someone such as — oh, I don’t know — Ahmad Khan Rahami. In Mrs. Clinton’s mind, one must assume, it would be treasonous to inconvenience or cause slight embarrassment for Mr. Rahami — even if it would have prevented the terrorizing of millions of freedom-loving, law-abiding American citizens living in New York and New Jersey this week. Meanwhile, Mrs. Clinton’s response to the planted pressure cooker bombs? Vote for me. I have more experience dealing with terrorism. Finally, the lady stumbles upon the honest-to-God truth. She does have more experience. Information regarding Anthony’s plan to open a home daycare originally surfaced last month when a previous Florida Department of Children and Families employee leaked a photo of Casey Anthony’s family daycare home registration application on social media websites including Twitter and Facebook. The employee responsible for the leak was reportedly so caught-off-guard to see Casey Anthony’s application that he took a picture of it on his computer screen and shared it with his social media friends and followers. The employee responsible for taking the photo has since been terminated from his position at the Florida Department of Children and Families and has been unavailable for comment. According to Anthony, the 5-years since her trial have been extremely difficult and she feels that she’s been forced to live as a recluse. Anthony informed the reporter that finding stable employment since her acquittal has been nearly impossible and has resulted in a nearly unbearable mountain of debt. Anthony told Jackson that she has pursued several odd jobs over the past 5-years years including, online data entry, web design, and even a failed photography venture. Anthony explained to Jackson that she didn’t find her true passion and the potential solution to her financial woes until she began babysitting for her neighbors 2 small children. According to Anthony, she began watching the 2 children when their 36-year old single mother Debbie Higgins started a new career and was in desperate need of childcare. Anthony had been regularly babysitting the Higgins children for around 6-months when she decided to take apply for a Florida business license and open her own home daycare. Anthony told Jackson, “Watching after Jade and Martin (Higgins) has really opened my eyes to my true passion – taking care of children. I believe that children are our greatest gift, there hasn’t been a day that goes by that I don’t mourn for Caylee Marie, she will always be in my heart, I am hoping that by caring for the children of others, I can begin the healing process.” When asked when she expects her home daycare to be up and running, Anthony told the reporter, “I’ve been working towards this for a few months now and almost have all of my ducks in order, the majority of all the licensing has been approved and I’m just in the process of tying up the loose ends – I expect the business to be fully operational by mid-September 2016.” Anthony told the reporter that she believes the home daycare business to be a perfect fit, because she is not only passionate about children, but it’s something that she can do from home and be her own boss. She hopes that through her continued work with children she can earn back the trust of her community. Debbie Higgins, the 37-year old single mother that’s been allowing Anthony to care for her children Jade and Martin told reporters, “Admittedly, I was initially reluctant to leave my kids in the care of Casey, it was a tough decision to make, but I had to put food on the table and couldn’t afford traditional daycare. It’s been an amazing experience, Casey is very nurturing and my kids absolutely adore her.” Anthony’s plan to operate a daycare business out of her home has caused a fair amount of unrest among Florida residents, however according to officials, Mrs. Anthony was not found guilty in the disappearance of her 2-year old daughter and is free to start any legitimate business she chooses including a home based childcare service.
