For what it's worth, I'm one of those who got caught in the stricter NASDAQ margin requirements. My portfolio on December was a DISASTER, forcing me to actually sell a few shares. But over the last 2 days ALL my stocks are up, and have rebounded 7% !!!!!! I really believe much of the price decline in many small techs over the last 2 months had NOTHING to do with the underlying stock. Some are on huge sale. I think APCC is one of them. ps I'm OUT of margin !!!! pps. I don't consider myself an idiot, as I've beat the market averages over the last 5 years. Even using margin.... Methinks Phillip is selling something......
