You are right. I misread the quote. That'll teach me to watch football and post at the same time.

Yes, the company line back then was that Q3 was going to be profitable. As you recall, this was based on ALYD billing for 1M line chunks of code. Instead, they got 250K chunks and had cash-flow problems leading to the Reg -S deal in late September. And, as you know, CEO Gruder issued a statement for the ALYD web site explaining all this and how new clients are contractually bound to pay for 1M line chunks even if the actual size is smaller.

So, after all this, we are back talking about old news.
