ROFL, be careful Del, your eyelids might drop off. You and poor Michael.. Miss Penni could be reading about you in the "Star" next.

No, seriously, isn't there a College of Physicians, or an Association of Plastic Surgeons you can contact.

This is not a subject men talk about much, they like to pretend that cosmetic surgery is a vanity thing that only women do. I read an article about men in positions of power, CEOs of companies, who are having cosmetic surgery, because they need to maintain a youthful appearance. THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE..

Del:

Yes, it's a good idea to have some primary care doc who knows you and can steer you to various specialists when you are in need. He/she can also expedite things by ordering tests in urgent times, so you don't have to go to the ER and wait 4 or 5 hours for the ER folks to take care of the victims of the "Friday night Knife and Gun Club". Hey, even a physical is a good idea once in a while! They don't find much on the actual physical usually, but some routine lab studies can find things that you might not know about for a long time and therefore get treatment earlier, such as high cholesterol, anemia, thyroid problems, kidney trouble, high blood pressure, diabetes.)

The various referral agencies are OK, but many of them are hospital related and are in effect a marketing tool. They have a list of docs who want the business and the referral agency just goes down the list and you get sent to the next one on the list. The advertising in this area is sometimes scandalous, in my opinion.
