What a misleading post. Tide gauges are not accurate. The record they do use is satellite data and that shows an accelerating current global rate of increase of 3.2 mm/year. The real issue will be when there's a sudden and catastrophic collapse of the Antarctic ice shelf and the Greenland ice sheet, which could happen within the next 10 to 50 years.

Per usual.

Argue with the places dealing with rising sea level. Like in south Florida. Or even NYC. Not to mention a whole host of island around the world. Tell them they are just imagining it...

Maybe even leave them some samples of DDT;. That should solve their problems.
