Kiri -

We just finished the ADX indicator for R2. It won't be doable in an R1 scan.

There are a lot of calculations - a lot of tests that have to be made, and the only place to get the real information on how to code it is in Welles Wilder's book New Concepts in Technical Trading Sytstems copyright 1978. We actually found it in the Flint library.

A lot of people can tell you approximately how it's coded, but unless you have the book, it can't be done precisely.

It also uses a Welles Wilder moving average instead of a simple ma.

It will be in R2 though.
