edited:re tisx, the merger has already occurred , this appears to be a statement indicating that the stock offered to haystack is now available to be sold by them , 2.1m shares, company called it a nominal dilution in a prior press release, this is not what's moving the stock in my opinion, looking at other recent news and not doing any dd as of yet, this company has had several + releases with big names and maybe this is anticipation of better revs and bargain, just a first glance thoughthttp://www.bigcharts.com/nscp/4.x/frames.cgi?r=chart&onbad=badsymbol&symb=tisx&ichart.x=52&ichart.y=18, this might be what started the run up, a short channel indicating a buy @12-26 and crossing the upper channel, w retracement
