TACOMA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 2, 1998--North American MORPHO Systems, Inc. (Morpho) of Tacoma,
announced today it has changed its name to SAGEM MORPHO, Inc.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of European technology giant SAGEM, S.A. of Paris, France. Both Sagem
Morpho, Inc. and SAGEM, S.A. are world leaders in automated fingerprint identification systems (AFIS), and both
companies continue to be major participants in the FBI's integrated AFIS program.

Sagem Morpho, Inc.'s primary product, the Morpho automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS), is used in a variety
of security applications worldwide. In North America, 83 federal, state, and local government agencies rely on the Morpho
AFIS to prevent fraud and solve crimes. Around the world, 140 agencies use the Morpho AFIS for fraud prevention and
crime solving as well as for document security and national defense.

The company was founded in the United States in 1985 as a subsidiary of French fingerprint system developer Morpho

Recent North American customers implementing the Morpho AFIS include the Arizona Department of Economic Security
and the Procuraduria General de Justicia Distrito Federal (PGJDF) of Mexico.

I realized too late that I had forgotten the Purdue win. Happens to programs like theirs ya know ;~) As far as Nebraska whompin on the Vols, I agree. Peyton Manning will wish he'd been home with Da-da after the beating he'll get from the Husker pass rush. I sure hope the Bears don't draft him. I'd rather take a Ryan Leaf, Charles Woodson or the Griese boy for that matter. We'll just have to wait to see the hand McCasky plays. He doesn't have a good record so far.
