I do believe she has a serious neurological problem. I have heard speculation several diseases/conditions attributing to her bizarre behavior. What you posted seems applicable as does this posted by weatherguru:

After seeing her eyes the other day, it makes me wonder if she has myasthenia gravis. It's an autoimmune & neurological disorder.

The eyes not tracking with each other, bags under eyes, head bobbing, difficulty swallowing, and becoming easily fatigued all fit, but we may never know for sure. I'm sure with her treatment team, she gets by much better than anyone else with the disease.

Nonetheless, I bet she wears cold packs to help slow the muscle fatigue...on her legs and perhaps vests (hidden under poncho outfits). It's easy for someone with MG to fatigue in heat. If she's wearing a pack and removes it, that probably explains the apparent weight-loss.

Just my two cents. A horrible thing to do to her at the debate is sabotage the air conditioner and make it hot in the room. I'm just saying, and yes, I'll see Hillary in hell.
