The only other information re: lien was that the lien is filed due to a dispute over the amount of tax owed. It seems to me the amount is not very great. You could look at it as FIBR aggressively protecting our profits from the rampaging tax grabbers.?!

I seem to recall that Builders Warehouse was one
of the firms mentioned in the recent Business Week
article(actually it was the cover story) on chop
stocks. Osiccom was mentioned as the aquirer of
Builders and both Osicom and the former chief exec of
Builders did not respond to requests for comment
on bribery allegations.

What gives?
