Every sane person knows what the problem is, and every sane person knows what the solution is, yet it remains the big, scary, politically-incorrect topic that no one dares to discuss. The safest, cleanest, and best areas in North America, Europe, and Oz all share unmistakable demographic characteristics. A person would have to be an absolute moron or imbecile to miss it, or an outright liar to deny it. Likewise, the most dangerous, dirtiest, and worst areas on those three continents also share unmistakable demographic characteristics.
