Chris, REF: HNV 1) Last year, HNV reported fourth qtr and year end results on 7 March. 2) I have called the company a few times. I try to stay in contact with HNV. I am also on the company's mailing list. Other: 3) The earnings comparison should be a strong one as I am looking for a profit in the 4th qtr versus last year's 4th qtr loss of .37. Last qtr, HNV reported a loss of .02 on lower revenues ( cost cutting program working ) BUT reported POSITIVE EBITDA: " Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amoritization for the quarter were $.5 million compared to a loss of 22.8 million for the 1996 3rd qtr. " I am watching the recent monthly 13D filed. Mr Regan has been very busy buying shares. See the number and prices paid for last months BUYS in his last 13D on Edgar Filings. DC
