Looks like I got two lurkers out from the woodwork with my post.

I looked at DVA briefly back then, but didn't find the valuation compelling. The stock has gone up, but has underperformed the SPY. I think it is a better value than it was in 2012, at least relative to the market.

USPH indeed has done very well, mostly due to multiple expansion. it wasn't my cup of tea as a rollup in the health care service business. Congrats if you held in and made a lot of money.
