John, RAIN is a good candidate to put in the back of the portfolio and forget for a while... The future looks good, but of course there are always concerns about the new COO and what they are going to use all the new debt for, but I believe this will be resolved before mid-year. But, at this point a really sharp and enegetic COO would be a real asset to the company. We should have some good figures coming in after MGM and the new Disney unit kick in about 3rd Qtr. Until this happens, things seem to be perking along just fine. I would certainly qualify and a member of the "old timers" club... or would that be "old geezers" club? %^).
