<< I need a zip tools disk >>

All the Iomega Tools stuff can be downloaded directly from the Iomega website. It doesn't occupy much space and even a 14K modem can handle it.

SONY and the ZIP

I am curious about SONY's penetration of the PC market in the USA and alsewhere also. Anybody got the figures? Wherever I go it is the MACs and SONYs that have the ZIPs built in.

Fran, I, too, was not aware of any alt.iomega.zip.jaz NG, but if you want NG stuff (other than the ZT disk, which FIDO directed you to the IOM WWW site), you might try comp.sys.(ibm or mac).hardware.storage both of which have Zip, Jaz, and Ditto postings (although not exclusively such). Good luck.
