Michael,

If what you say is true regarding RMCW owning the 4 million shares of MVPH, how is is that MVPH put out a press release saying they don't own it?

And how is it that the PRTI shareholders now have those same 4 million shares?

The shares can't be in two places at once.

And has anyone complained that PRTI essentially liquidated the company without a shareholder vote? Someone must be held accountable for this. Is it Mike Puhr?
