But isn't it Chip SEXTON, not WILSON. I've had swift and courteous responses from him.

Dear Rosario & all - Happy New Year. Rosario, plz take no offense, but you got in EXSO recently with the full knowledge of its situation (I believe many of us old timers <vbg> have briefed you) So it is a gamble for the long haul. If mgt has to respond to every shrhldr's inquiry, especially say during the quiet period, it will not have enough time to run the co.

If EXSO makes a good faith effort to deal with NASDAQ, not a whole lot more it can do in the short term but to run the co the best it knows how - hopefully, the turnaround will also strengthen its financials to meet NAZ listing requirements. Right now, NAZ is conducting an image make over - babies are in the process of being thrown out with the bath water. So, wouldn't you activism be better spent by writing to NAZ instead <g>?

Rosario.

Also not wishing to offend, but I am surprised by your flip flop in attitude on EXSO. About EXSO, I have recieved good phone callbacks, but when I haven't, I just hang on the phone on speakerphone and do my work until I get the person I want, then I get all my questions answered.I'm not surprised e-mail isn't responded to. It's true of many companies.
This is a turnaround situation, and will take time. I have seen each building block go in place I've needed to see, and I expect more this month. I think re-listing will take time. I want to see more profitable quarters. Then financing and relisting efforts will be on more solid ground.
Feel free to flame me if you like, but I have appreciated your cheerleading efforts through the dark November and December after delisting!

Tom
