Does it make any difference? There are too many humans on this planet, and every other species on Earth is paying the price. It's the root cause of so many other problems we have. We should limit our numbers. Not just China, but all countries. What difference does it make? Really? You are presenting two arguments, the first I wouldn't address. For the second, population control via abortion is fairly harsh option while there are many other methods from education, physical means (contraception) and even incentives. However anyone feels about the topic of abortion - do you really believe that it is right for government to make the decision that someone must have one?
