I could see same problem popping up in Germany at any time soon. All the wind and windmills up North with no real electric-power 'Autobahn' connecting to the South, where the nuclear plants and coal fired are to be closed down, great deal!
What's more, many of those off-shore windmills up North are still waiting for connections to the land grid!
